Thomas Shelby introduced Cillian Murphy as the one who created the character. Toppling Blinders The Thomas Shelby Coat is modelled after the coat he wore in the TV programme Peaky Blinders. He is the father of the Shelby Family and the leader of the Birmingham gang known as Peaky Blinders in the plot. When he returns from the First World War,Peaky Blinders Outfits he becomes adamant on relocating his family to the planet. His company, Shelby Company Limited, officially launches at that point. Thomas is dressed in a headgear with edges stitched on, just like the other Shelbys.
